Recently, the intelligent welding matching pipe material independently developed by Hebei Baoji Pipeline Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has been successfully applied in the oil and gas pipeline project in the southwestern mountainous area. With its structural design that adapts to steep terrain and high-strength material characteristics, it greatly improves the construction efficiency under complex geological conditions. This batch of pipes is made of high-strength steel materials such as L80 and P110, strictly following the API 5CT standard, and equipped with a fully automatic welding robot system, achieving a one-time pass rate of over 98% for welds, and improving construction efficiency by 3-4 times compared to traditional processes. As a backbone enterprise of the "China Pipeline Equipment Manufacturing Base", the company optimizes the accuracy and fatigue resistance of pipe interfaces to address the difficulties in pipeline construction in mountainous areas, and provides full process services from product customization to welding guidance. The pipes used in this application not only solve the industry pain point of unstable weld formation in steep terrain, but also reduce more than 60% of carbon emissions during the construction process through environmentally friendly material formulas, achieving a dual breakthrough in engineering efficiency and green construction. At present, this series of products has been promoted and applied in multiple mountain energy channel projects in China.
