Relying on the opportunity of deepening the energy cooperation of the "the Belt and Road", Hebei Baoji Pipeline Manufacturing Co., Ltd. recently announced that its Φ 406mm - Φ 762mm large diameter oil casing has passed the certification of the Central Asia Natural Gas Pipeline Project, officially becoming one of the core pipe suppliers of the cross-border energy project. The selected pipes cover multiple buckle types such as BTC and STC, and are made of high-strength materials such as N80 and C110, which can adapt to extreme climate and complex geological environments in Central Asia and meet the dual international standards of API 5CT and ISO 11960.
The company has established a rigorous quality control system from raw material screening to finished product delivery by introducing internationally advanced full process testing equipment, ensuring the sealing performance and durability of pipes under high pressure and low temperature conditions. It is reported that this batch of pipes will mainly be used in the expansion project of the Central Asian natural gas pipeline, helping to improve cross-border gas transmission capacity. It is expected that the annual transmission volume will increase by 5 billion cubic meters. The person in charge of Hebei Baoji Pipeline stated that they will continue to deepen their involvement in cross-border energy projects and provide customized pipeline system solutions in the future.
