Through material formula optimization and production process upgrading, the company has achieved a reduction of over 15% in carbon emissions throughout the product lifecycle. The related technology has obtained three national invention patents. This series of pipes adopts new alloy materials and energy-saving processing technology, which significantly improves resource utilization and reduces energy consumption and pollutant emissions in the production process while maintaining the high-strength characteristics of traditional materials such as J55 and Q125. The low-carbon pipes launched this time cover a full range of products such as oil casing and tubing, with specifications ranging from Φ 33.4mm to Φ 762mm. They can be widely used in onshore oil fields, shale gas development, and other fields. The company also synchronously builds an intelligent energy consumption monitoring platform to achieve refined energy-saving management in the production process. At present, the low-carbon pipe has been successfully applied in a large-scale shale gas green development project in China, and has gained market recognition for its stable performance and environmental advantages.
